1.1. Standard Products: For non-custom products, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product if you are dissatisfied (e.g. MNTS Shop products).
1.2. Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom products, they are not eligible for refunds once production has begun (e.g. custom websites, mockups and logos).
1.3. Used or Modified Products: Products that have been used, modified, or altered in any way are not eligible for refunds.
2.1. To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
2.2. For eligible products, we will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
2.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.1. In cases where a custom product has been partially provided, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the portion of the product or service that has not been delivered or completed.
